01About these terms

Himalayan Beauty is run by Himalayan Beauty Limited, trading as Himalayan Beauty, 11 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2. Company number 569551. VAT number IE3391340PH. You can reach us on 01 224 7018 or at info@himalayanbeauty.com.

These terms, with our booking and cancellation policy, apply when you book with us or buy a gift card. Please read them before you book. Nothing in them takes away your rights under Irish consumer law.

02Booking and paying

• Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the one shown when you book.
• Online, you pay in full when you book, by card, PayPal or a Himalayan Beauty gift card. Your booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and we email you; that is when our agreement starts.
• Bookings made by phone or in the salon are paid in the salon.
• If something on our website is clearly priced wrongly, we'll tell you before your visit and you can cancel for a full refund.

03Cancelling and changing

You can move or cancel a booking online up to 24 hours before your visit (longer for visits of two hours or more), for gift card credit or a full refund. With less notice, or if you don't come, a charge applies. Our booking and cancellation policy has the details, and how refunds are paid.

The 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to bookings. Irish consumer law gives no right to cancel within 14 days for leisure services booked for a specific date or time, such as a treatment appointment. Our own cancellation policy still lets you cancel in good time.

If we have to cancel or move your booking, we'll tell you as soon as we can and you can choose a new time or a full refund.

04Your treatment

• Please tell us about allergies, medical conditions, medication or pregnancy before your treatment, and fill in a consultation form if we ask you to. It helps us keep you safe.
• Your therapist may change or stop a treatment if carrying on wouldn't be safe for you. If we can't give you a treatment for that reason, we'll offer another treatment or another time, or refund what you paid for it.
• Your treatment ends at the time booked, so please arrive on time.
• If you're not happy with a treatment, please tell us before you leave or call us as soon as you can, so we can talk it through and put it right.

05Gift cards

Valid for the full amount until the expiry date shown and can be used over several visits. Not exchangeable for cash. Treat a gift card like cash: keep the code and PIN safe.

• Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, as Irish law requires at least five. The expiry date is on the card.
• A gift card can pay for treatments online or in the salon, over as many visits as you like, until its value is used. You can check the balance any time.
• If you buy a gift card online, you can cancel it within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as none of it has been used. Call or email us to do so.
• Anyone with the code and PIN can use the card, so keep them safe. We can't replace value someone else has used.

06Using this website

We work to keep the treatments, prices and times on this website correct. The words, photos and design are ours or used with permission; please don't copy them without asking. We may update this website and these terms; the version on the day you book applies to that booking.

07Your rights and the law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts can hear any dispute. You keep all your rights under consumer law. For advice about them, see the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie. How we use your details is covered by our privacy policy. Last updated 10 October 2026.
