When you book online, you pay for your treatments to confirm your time, by card, with a Himalayan Beauty gift card, or both. Your time is held for you while you pay. Bookings made by phone or in the salon are paid in the salon.
Use the link in your confirmation email to move your booking to another free time, or to cancel it, or call us on 01 224 7018. Online changes close:
You can move a booking online up to 2 times. It keeps the price you paid.
When you cancel in time, you choose what happens to what you paid by card or PayPal: credit on a Himalayan Beauty gift card straight away, or a full refund. Anything paid with a gift card goes back on that card.
With less notice, 50% of the treatment price is charged, as the time can no longer be offered to another guest.
If we ever have to cancel your booking, you get a full refund.
If you miss your appointment without letting us know, the full price of the treatment is charged.
Your treatment still ends at the time booked, so the next guest isn't kept waiting, and the full price applies. If you're running late, call us and we'll do our best.
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. We send them straight away; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days. Gift card credit is added to the card at once, and anything paid with a gift card goes back on that card.
If you're not happy with a treatment, please tell us before you leave or call us as soon as you can, so we can talk it through and put it right. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law. Our terms cover the rest.
Valid for the full amount until the expiry date shown and can be used over several visits. Not exchangeable for cash. Treat a gift card like cash: keep the code and PIN safe. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase. To use one when booking online, enter its code and PIN before you pay. Check a balance.
